Where art intersects with engineering. Where technology informs style. Where exhibitors display innovation, buyers discover trends & the industry connects to do business. It’s just plain smart.
Every March, over 2,000 companies descend upon McCormick Place in Chicago from far and wide bringing their wares to debut and display at the International Home and Housewares Show!

Company: SMEG (in partnership with Dolce & Gabbana)
Description: When is a toaster not just a toaster? While not an “innovation” per se, we had to cap off our “top five” products with this product. For those that value high-end design in their kitchen, SMEG, in their first ever collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana, have revealed the “breakfast suite,” an electric juicer, tea kettle and toaster, all hand-painted. Purchase your toaster now for $600 at Neiman Marcus or Williams & Sonoma.
While just a small sampling of the new products at the International Home and Housewares show, these products are innovative in form, functionality and design.
We hope these inspired your next idea and who knows, maybe next year we’ll be featuring YOUR product!
