Turning a negative into a positive with counterfeits

Several months ago, we shared with you our diligent efforts to eliminate counterfeit versions of our inventors’ products. Our first step, when becoming aware of these products, is always to contact the company and ask them to remove the items (and later move on to legal action if necessary. You can learn more about that here). Recently, a company in the Netherlands not only agreed to discontinue selling their counterfeit version of our Gyro Bowl, but also agreed to turn their inventory over to us for our disposal. We accepted their offer, however, instead of disposing of them, we decided toΒ donate the bowls to a local charity in the company’s area. This will continue to be our practice going forward. Below see the group of sweet kids at Villa Parodes in the Netherlands enjoying their – ehrm – “Gyro Bowls.” πŸ™‚
